Built around BMC's oiled cotton gauze and epoxy-coated aluminium mesh construction, this filter is sized for the R3's parallel-twin airbox specifically, distinct from the single-cylinder R15's filter despite both being Yamaha sport bikes.
We also stock a K&N equivalent for the R3, and a matching NGK spark plug if you're doing a fuller ignition and intake service at the same time.
