Protection Under the paint is an energy impact resistant thermoplastic shell, moulded in two shell sizes so smaller heads do not end up in a bulky helmet. The strap closes with a quick-release buckle, and the helmet sits at around 1450 g on the scale. The EPS liner uses multiple densities, and ECE 22.06, DOT and ISI approvals are all in place. Ventilation and comfort Two intake zones, at the chin and on top, work with channelled exhausts to keep air moving, even in Indian summers. SMK includes a breath deflector and a wind stop, and the shell has an aerodynamic spoiler to calm things down at higher speeds. The liner is breathable, hypoallergenic and made from antistatic, moisture-controlled fabric. It is fully removable and washable.
