Protection The outer shell is energy impact resistant thermoplastic, produced in two shell sizes so the proportions stay right across the size range. SMK fits a quick-release buckle for fast locking and removal. The helmet weighs approximately 1450 g. Multi-density EPS sits under the shell. The helmet is certified to ECE 22.06, the current European standard, as well as DOT and ISI for India. Ventilation and comfort Two intake zones, at the chin and on top, work with channelled exhausts to keep air moving, even in Indian summers. A wind stop and a breath deflector cut down on draughts and fogging, and an aerodynamic spoiler helps stability at speed. Inside, the liner is removable and washable, in a breathable, hypoallergenic fabric that manages moisture. Vision and extras The extra wide visor gives a clear view of the road, resists scratches and UV, and releases quickly when you need to change it. The helmet has speaker pockets for a communicator, and spare visors are easy to find in the accessories category.
