The Guerrilla 450 shares its Sherpa 452cc engine and airbox with the Himalayan 450, and BMC's FM01210 is built to match both, model year 2024 onward. It replaces the factory paper element with layers of cotton fabric soaked in low-viscosity oil, held between two aluminium mesh frames coated in epoxy resin to resist corrosion from fuel vapour and humidity.
Because it's washable rather than disposable, you clean and re-oil the same filter instead of buying a new one every service interval. Fitment is direct, with no cutting or airbox modification required, and every BMC filter carries a two year warranty against production defects.
