Protection The EPS liner uses multiple densities, and ECE 22.06, DOT and ISI approvals are all in place. An EIRT shell, which stands for energy impact resistant thermoplastic, forms the outer layer, and SMK moulds it in two shell sizes to avoid an oversized profile. A reinforced quick-release strap with a padded chin section makes the helmet easy to take on and off, and it weighs around 1600 g. Ventilation and comfort The liner is breathable, hypoallergenic and made from antistatic, moisture-controlled fabric. It is fully removable and washable. Fresh air enters at the chin and crown vents, and channelled exhausts take the heat out the back. The breath deflector keeps your breath away from the visor, the wind protector cuts the draught, and the rear spoiler helps at speed.
