SMK Stellar Taotei Gloss Helmet
The SMK Stellar Taotei Gloss Helmet is a full face helmet from SMK's Stellar range, finished in gloss with the SMK Stellar Taotei graphic.
Of the two finishes, gloss is the easier one to keep clean, which helps if the helmet gets a lot of daily use.
The Stellar is aimed at everyday riders and first-time full face buyers, and this edition has certified protection, flow-through ventilation and comms-ready speaker pockets. You can order the SMK Stellar Taotei Gloss Helmet online from Store4Riders, with free shipping across India and EMI available. Want to compare more graphics? See all SMK Stellar helmets.
SMK Stellar Taotei Gloss Helmet Features
Protection The shell is made from energy impact resistant thermoplastic (EIRT) and comes in two shell sizes, one for the smaller sizes and another for the larger sizes, so the helmet never looks oversized. A quick-release buckle makes the helmet easy to take on and off, and the whole helmet weighs around 1450 g. Impact energy is handled by multi-density EPS, and certification covers ECE 22.06, DOT and ISI. Ventilation and comfort The helmet has chin and top vents for intake and channelled hot air exhausts at the rear, so air keeps moving through the shell. A fitted breath deflector and wind stop deal with fogging and draughts, while the spoiler at the back steadies the helmet. A removable liner in hypoallergenic, moisture-controlled fabric keeps the inside fresh, and you can wash it when it needs it. Vision and extras A quick-release visor mechanism lets you swap the extra wide visor in seconds, and the visor itself resists scratches and UV. Embedded speaker pockets leave room for a Bluetooth headset, and tinted visors are sold as spares. Pinlock 70 compatibility is built into the visor for fog-free riding, with the Pinlock insert available as an accessory. |
