The Axor Street Solid Gloss Helmet strips the licensed graphics out of Axor's Street range and leaves the shine. Underneath the finish it's the identical helmet sold as the Marvel and DC editions, same certification, same protection, just without the graphic cost baked into the price.

The shell is injection moulded polycarbonate, homologated to ECE and DOT standards and ISI certified for Indian roads. A multi-cell EPS liner absorbs impact by spreading the load across the cells around the point of contact rather than concentrating it, comparable to how a car's crumple zone works. A double D-ring closure keeps the chin strap secure under load.

The standout feature across the whole Street range is the visor, angled further downward than most competitors so you can read the road surface close to the front wheel instead of just what's ahead on the horizon. An internal drop-down sun visor takes care of glare without needing a visor change mid-ride, and the outer visor pivots at the hinge for a sealed fit against wind and rain.

Where this helmet differs from its matt sibling is purely in how light hits the shell. Gloss throws back more reflected light after dark, which some riders count as a small extra margin of visibility to traffic behind them, and it makes the shell's curvature and colour read more sharply than a flat matt surface would. A polycarbonate rear spoiler cuts down on buffeting at highway speed, and a nose guard and chin curtain manage fogging and wind noise.

Axor Street Solid Helmet uses Injection moulded Polycarbonate shell for High-Performance and so these helmets are ECE & DOT certified. Double D ring fastening system provides secure perfect fit. Axor Street are Bluetooth ready helmets.
Axor Street motorcycle helmet boasts of EPS. If one EPS cell is crushed under impact, the surrounding cells assist with the energy absorption. It is similar to crumple zones in cars and is safer for the rider.
Integrated rear spoiler reduces buffeting during high speeds. Reflective elements on cushion at rear of helmet make you more visible to others during night rides.
Nose guard reduces fog build-up on the visor & Chin curtain reduces wind noise inside the helmet. Perfectly designed air intake and outlet vents provide ample of airflow inside the helmet.
Axor Street Crazy helmet has optically correct ultra-wide visor to provide you best vision in its class. The visor has 70% more downward angle than other helmets so you have panoramic visibility.

Q1: Is gloss more slippery in a fall than matt?

A1: No, the underlying shell material and impact performance are identical between the two finishes, gloss is a coating difference, not a structural one.

Q2: How is this different from the Captain America or Batman helmets in the range?

A2: Everything structural is identical, shell, EPS, visor, certification. This one simply doesn't carry a licensed graphic, which is the only reason it costs less.

Q3: Which sizes are available?

A3: XXS through 3XL. Measure your head circumference with a soft tape above the eyebrows and ears and match it to the size chart here rather than relying on your usual cap size.

Q4: Is it road legal in India?

A4: Yes, ECE R-22.06 and DOT FMVSS No. 218 homologated, ISI certified.

Q5: Can I fit an anti-fog visor insert?

A5: Axor's AX-F180 insert fits this helmet, it's sold separately and isn't included in the box.
