Quick Overview

The Axor Apex Forged Carbon is the lightest helmet in the Apex range, built around a genuine forged carbon fibre shell rather than a carbon-look paint finish. At roughly 1525 grams, it's noticeably lighter on the neck over a long ride than the standard ABS shell Apex helmets.

It carries the same Double D-ring closure and integrated rear spoiler as the rest of the range, and adds an anti-fog film on the visor, a detail that matters more here than on most Apex editions since serious tourers tend to push this helmet through humid mornings and long highway stretches where fogging is a real problem.

Every Forged Carbon helmet is ECE R-22.06 and DOT FMVSS 218 certified and available from S to 2XL, so the reduced weight doesn't come at the cost of tested crash protection.
