Grips the road in all conditions
All-new silica-charged rubber compounds were developed for the new MICHELIN Pilot Road 4 tyres. These compounds are specially formulated to provide excellent grip on a wide range of road surfaces and in temperatures ranging from -5 C to 45 C (23 F to 113 F).
Stops Faster
The new MICHELIN Pilot Road 4 tyre stops 17% faster than its closest competitor, on wet pavements. And stops 24% faster on wet and slippery surfaces.
Lasts longer
Thanks to 2CT technology, new MICHELIN Pilot Road 4 tyre last upto 20% longer than the MICHELIN Pilot Road 3 tyre.
Michelin's advanced tyre technologies make the difference.
Next generation XST+ and tread designs
For the Michelin Pilot Road 4 front tyre, Michelin developed XST+. It includes cross sipes to help improve wet weather braking, and adds chamfers to the sipes to help prevent abnormal wear under extreme conditions. Cross sipes on the front tyre cut through the water film for outstanding wet weather braking.
2CT compounds
The new MICHELIN Pilot Road 4 tyres feature 2CT, a dual compound technology with 100% silica compounds for optimum balance between wet grip and longevity. The harder center compounds are designed to help promote a long tyre life, while the softer shoulder 30% 30% 40% 40% compounds provide extra grip when cornering.
An Ideal touring tyre.
These tyres are made in Spain, imported by Michelin India, are ISI marked and manufactured in October 2015.
